RETURN POLICY

At Lavender Littles, our biggest goal is to well serve our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:

  • Items can be returned for store credit only. We cannot issue refunds.
  • All returns must be received within 30 days** of the date that we ship out your order..
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
  • Include your original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our store.
  • **Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (MT) will be shipped next day (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on Friday and weekends will be shipped on Monday. We do not ship on holidays.

Once submitted, all orders are final. Changes cannot be made after your order has been processed.

We ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on weight. Signatures are not required but tracking is provided. We recommend that you provide a shipping address that has a secure delivery space. Lavender Littles cannot be responsible for theft of packages that have been confirmed as delivered via provided tracking services.

We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. Please double-check all information before placing your order.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Orders of $99+ will ship for FREE! We offer a flat rate of $6.95 on everything else! The free shipping and flat rate offers apply only to regular-sized items (we do not ship oversized items at this time) and orders shipping within the continental U.S.A.  We do not ship any orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, or international addresses
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, call us at 308-882-2165 or send us an email at lavendermarketllc@gmail.com.  

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping
To return your product, please call us at 308-882-2165 to receive a call tag or return label.   


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
